The stems, like the bowls, are also pink, and the base is clear. A beautiful feature is the area just under the bowl - there are 2 molded areas that looks like the bowl is growing out of the stem. Close-ups of this wonderful design feature show how this detail is another reason these pink fade toasting glasses are so special. The iridescent pink color is super pretty, with flashes of purple as well depending on the light. Trust Me - I am a Master Packer of glass and other fragile items. I take the utmost care to pack items so there is zero movement - which is why nothing has ever been broken to date. Some items will be wrapped with bubble wrap and shipped in a small box, in a box - it just depends on how to best pack it up safely.

No effort is spared to ensure your fabulous item arrives in one piece. I always use small or large bubble wrap and may even fashion a cardboard protector around the items. Everything is packed with either air bubble packets and/or heavy packing paper, to ensure that the items you order do not actually touch the sides of the box.
