Gift wrapping and packaging
If this is a gift, why not include a personal message? I will hand write it, and include it with your purchase; just make sure you provide me with the recipient's address. When it comes to shipping glass, I am a master packer. I always use large bubble wrap, air packets and/or heavy packing paper. I may even fashion cardboard protectors, just to make sure your items arrive undamaged. Tracking numbers are always provided, so you know exactly where your item is at all times.

Custom and personalised orders
Let's say you see an item, but you don't want all the pieces. Just send me your request through ETSY email, and I will definitely see what I can do. If I can break up the set, I will, but I can't guarantee.

Care instructions
Most of my items are vintage or mid-century, so as far as putting vintage glass into the dishwasher, I will generally say, don't. Hand wash only. If an item can be put in the dishwasher or microwave, I will indicate this in the listing.

Sizing details
I always have the dimensions listed, but if there isn't, just email me through Etsy, and I will be happy to provide this information.

Loss or Damage
Any loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours after being considered delivered. Any later complaints are too late.
