All of these gorgeous salad or dessert plates have an oval-like shaped patterning on the underside of each plate and gently scalloped edges. There is an inner circular area that is lower than the edges, so if you are serving an appetizer with sauce, it will not spill over onto the edge.

Trust Me - I am a Master Packer of glass and other fragile items. I take the utmost care to pack items so there is zero movement - which is why nothing has ever been broken to date. Some items will be wrapped with bubble wrap and shipped in a small box, in a box - it just depends on how to best pack it up safely.

No effort is spared to ensure your fabulous item arrives in one piece. I always use small or large bubble wrap and may even fashion a cardboard protector around the items. Everything is packed with either air bubble packets and/or heavy packing paper, to ensure that the items you order do not actually touch the sides of the box.
